Salma Haneef, DDS
Born and raised in Texas, Dr. Salma Haneef completed her Bachelor of Science in neuroscience at the University of Texas at Dallas with magna cum laude honors. She was selected as a Dean’s List scholar every year of her undergraduate education and was honored to be elected as an officer for the student disciplinary and judicial board. Throughout her time at UTD, she was an avid volunteer with local community organizations such as the Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center and Source of Hope soup kitchen. She still continues to volunteer with them regularly!
Dr. Haneef obtained her doctor of dental surgery (DDS) from Texas A&M/Baylor College of Dentistry. While in dental school, she was given an award for her community outreach with organizations such as Operation East Texas Dental Outreach and Give Kids A Smile. With a passion to serve the community, she is dedicated to learning new advancements in dentistry. She is highly trained and determined to give you the smile you’ve always desired!
Dr. Haneef is an active member of the dental community with memberships in the American Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentistry and her local chapter of the Texas Dental Association. She enjoys spending her free time playing tennis, doing aerial yoga, and traveling.
