At Fisher & Zitterich Dentistry, we want to make sure that we can help all of our patients by making dentistry more affordable and simple.
We’ve created the Dental Savings Plan, which is an in-house discount program. This is not an insurance policy. Our in-house plan is a great value with an emphasis on preventative treatments and offers discounts on ALL services for a low annual fee. Ultimately, patients will save money, and more importantly, have better oral health by having consistent dental care.
Our Dental Savings Plan is designed to create greater access to quality dental care at an affordable price. It’s a discounted fee schedule for all services at Fisher & Zitterich Dentistry.

You will not receive a membership card. Your plan’s effective date will be on file with our office.

Adult: $396 | Child: $324
(2 cleanings per year)
Perio: $624
(3 cleanings per year)
Denture: $699
(3 cleanings, includes locator inserts 1x/yr)
Implant: $799
(3 cleanings/yr. Includes pano yearly and plugs yearly, removal if needed yearly)
Each Additional Family Member: 5% off
Program Guidelines:
- Patients portion of bill is due the day of service. This plan auto renews.
- There will be a $50 reinstatement fee if plan lapses.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan or financing program, such as CareCredit.
- No refunds of premiums will be authorized at any time if participant decides not to utilize dental plan.
